• Institutional affiliation (university, role, program of study)
• Professional background and experience
• Recommendation letters submitted on your behalf
• Application responses and essay content

2. How We Store Your Data

Application data, cohort member records, and uploaded files are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database and associated file storage. Supabase infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access credentials are restricted to authorized program administrators.

3. Who Has Access

Your personal information is accessible only to:

• GETCHKD INC. program administrators responsible for cohort management
• Metro State Applied Innovation Institute (MSAII) program staff, where required for program coordination

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Recommendation letters and application materials are used solely for admissions evaluation.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Evaluate your application for program admission
• Communicate with you about your application status and program logistics
• Provide access to program resources, materials, and event information
• Maintain program records for reporting and compliance purposes

5. Data Retention

We retain application and cohort member data for the duration of the program and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and compliance.
